Following the 43rd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be held in Uzbekistan on 18-19 October 2016, H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey will visit Kazakhstan on 19-20 October 2016. During the visit, third Joint Strategic Planning Group Meeting will be held by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, as part of the preparations for the third High-Level Strategic Council Meeting to be held in Turkey in 2017 at the level of Presidents.

Following his visit to Kazakhstan, H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will pay an official visit to Tajikistan on 21 October 2016 and will be received by H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and will hold a meeting with his counterpart H.E. Sirodjidin Aslov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Bilateral relations and current regional and international developments will be discussed comprehensively during course of the visits.
